Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Orlando, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 911 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
