Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Amber Medical Group is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
