Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
