Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Omaha, NE)

Cedar Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 885 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
