Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Ember Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
