Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Civic Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
