Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Omaha, NE)

Redstone West Care Services supports families and individuals in Omaha with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
