Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Summit Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 578 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
