Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Hollow Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
