Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
