Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
