Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Pine Water Authority Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
