Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Cobalt Medical is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
