Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
