Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Pike Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oakland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
