Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification.
