Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Loom Medical Group is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
