Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Keystone Legal Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
