Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Cross Legal Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
