Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Summit Umber Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
