Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Nova Juniper Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 413 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
