Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Summit North Staffing is a Oakland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
