Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rowan Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
