Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Health Group runs clinics and patient services around New Orleans. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
