Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the New Orleans region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
