Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Fern Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
