Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Clear Inspection Services is an inspection company in New Orleans with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
