Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the New Orleans region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
