Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
