Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Basin Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Nashville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
