Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Haven Auto Group is a Nashville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
