Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

Lumen North Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Nashville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 697 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification.
