Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Quill Facilities Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supply orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
