Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
