Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Pike Construction is a Nashville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
