Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
