Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Group is a Minneapolis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
