Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Collective and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 7 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
