Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Minneapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
