Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
