Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Wren Inspection Services is an inspection company in Minneapolis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
