Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
