Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Summit Glen Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
