Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Maple Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
