Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
