Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
