Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Keystone Arts Center Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
