Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Clear Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
