Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Forge Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
