Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group is a Milwaukee company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
